Pros

It's sales, anyone who has ever been in sales knows what the game is already. That being said, this location is incredibly easy to work in. While there are issues with customers and systems, and there's a lot of change on the horizon, it CAN be a rewarding place to work at.

Cons

With constant change comes constant frustration. This is not so much on the store as it is on the company, which works aggressively to squeeze as much out of you as it does from the customers.

Pros

I worked with this company for about a year and honestly I have nothing good to say about it

Cons

Commission structure is terrible, work environment is also very racist and sexist. Within the year that I have worked with this company every day I went in to work I felt very uncomfortable and was always singled out. I was the only female in the whole store and for some reason, I was also the only one ever being targeted but store management and higher-ups. After the holidays I was told that hours will be getting cut for everyone later when the schedule comes out I saw that my hours we're the only ones being cut. I went from working 35-40 hours a week to 0-19 while everyone else including the one part time person had 30-40 hours. Later on when I tried to address the store manager about this he simply shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. I had gotten hired for full time but worked part-time hours, I got hired on being told there would always opportunites for promotions, while I was the only person beating all my monthly goals and helping everyone else get their numbers up, I still wasn't good enough to be able to deserve some kind of raise. Later on one of the workers had decided to accuse me and start calling me inapporpate names in front of the whole staff and the management did nothing about it but sit there and laugh the whole time. By all means if you are a female and want to get sexually harrassed, over worked, under paid and face concequences for speaking up for yourself, this would be the perfect job for you.
