Pros

I feel that what I do is important because it helps people stay healthy. The culture is good and getting better. The company is growing and there is a lot of opportunity for people who work hard and care.

Cons

The environment can be complex and is always changing so it can be frustrating at times because I and others often have many balls in the air and new balls are always being added. It is mostly exciting but I can see how some people can become overwhelmed.

Several telecommuting opportunities and plenty of training availability.. Fast paced environment along with smart, hard working staff make the day go by quicker.

Cons

Company is very cost conscious these so layoffs are a concern as well as lousy raises/bonuses. Due to size the culture is somewhat impersonal.. Some recent high visibility projects have been poorly implemented resulting in an unfavorable reception from provider community

1. Horrible Bonuses. 2. Very close minded, senior management. 3. The company has evolved to become almost militaristic under the premise of leaner and better. 4. People are overworked. 5. Company culture is horrible.
