A great team, high level PM capabilities, knowledgable team members and leadership, growth opportunities, rewarding of good work, technical knowledge growth opportunity

Cons

Department to department relationships are not ideal yet, many currently moving parts that are growing towards great but have growing pains

- Relaxed environment - Multiple areas to advance in - Managers will mentor and train you to meet your individual goals

Cons

- Some clients do not respect your time and send requests on holidays and in the middle of the night - Your work from home time is very limited until salaried, and then it is still not great
