      Pros

      Lots of business. There is always need and things to do. Went fully remote during Covid. Making reasonable efforts to keep everyone safe.

      Cons

      Sales and revenue are the top priorities. Sales people will promise anything, regardless of whether it is a service we are set up to provide. Leadership has grandiose dreams of becoming an automated, efficient shop, but refuses to make investments in the people who could actually improve processes. Hiring LOTS of management people lately, no actual workers to get stuff done.

      -Clean Modern Office Suite -Lots of Windows -Televisions -Safe Area -Free Parking -Decent Pay -Modern Individual Desks -Just Off Bend in Palmetto -Occasional Food -Cleaning Service -Considerate if you need time off -Benefits, Paid Holidays and Insurance IF you qualify

      -Super Rude, Yelling, Arm Flailing, Ghetto Fabulous, Non Attorney Office Manager -Cast System: Reviewers are low grade -Environment of Intimidation -Computer Locks If Inactive 3 Minutes -No On Site Restaurant -No Food Within Walking Distance -No Vending Machines -No WiFi -Keeps Reviewer Locked Out of Building in Storms, Like Unwanted Dogs, Until Minutes Before Clock in. -Complicated Multiple Program Time Keeping: If you make an error you bear the wrath of the Office Manager
