1. You get to work with Lawyers. It turns out most of them lack soft skills. Having worked with the High Court and Supreme Court, some of them still come to office with the same attitude and inflated ego. 2. Mobile phones are not allowed. They have something called ISMS which restricts the use of mobile phone to prevent data theft! 3. Most of the work is COPY-PASTE. There is no skill required. Only understanding of some english. In some processes even that is not required! 4. Please review your service offerings. At times the client did not know how to use the service. Often, they did not even know about the service. A service was sold just to earn $$ but if the client is not using it then probably one day it'll be shut.
