      Pros

      I am working as E Discovery Analyst, which is rotational shift. You get laptops to work from home. 1. You get work from home shifts. 2/3 shifts are work from home. You can do many things sitting at home along with work. 2. Company is good in terms of facilities. You get free both side can, celebrations on every occasion, ambiance, etc

      Cons

      1. As a E Discovery analyst, you have work from home for 2 months, which is not always good. As this effects mentally and physically. You mis out every celebration held in office. 2. Biased management. They don't let deserving employees come forward. 3. Slow growth. 4. Low salary. As a analyst, they want you to work 9 hours no stop + rotational shifts + low salary. Even after giving Major profit to the company, you are paid less than any employee in any other department.
