      cutting edge work, growth oriented company. lots of opportunity for merit-based advancement in an environment that is not political.

      some pockets of the company seem more engaged than others; support services often lag behind operational teams

      1 Intellect, knowledge, efficiency do not matter. For you to grow you should have the skill of fawning and bootlicking the senior management 2. Politics on the work floor is suffocating and there are people who will bring you down if you do not follow them 3. Appraisals are a sham, I dont know from where they get the data. 4. Some people think they are kings of the process but they have no idea what is their value outside. They are only good at one thing and one thing only, to make the life of the more skillful and knowledgeable miserable. 5. The leads and the managers and their pawns get the credit. If you are an independent and helpful worker, you are in for a shock. 6. If you are from top law schools and planning to come here, please explore other options. Don't go by the videos on youtube and promotional reviews on glassdoor.
