Great people, Company Culture is people-centric, flexibility is a huge plus! I've worked for large corporations, start-ups and everything in between and this is by far the best place I've worked. I work with people from almost every facet of the company and for the most part I see smiling faces and people ready to do whatever is needed to get the work done. Employees are often praised for their work and upper management makes a point of asking for, and working on suggestions - not something you see very often in my experience. The company is NOT afraid to spend money to solidify infrastructure which is also a new experience for me. I've seen companies refuse to invest in their infrastructure and then wonder why the Internet is so slow, etc.

Nice friendly work environment, flexibility with your schedule is available to allow for a work live balance. I like that anyone in the company is approachable from the top to the bottom and willing to take the time to discuss anything with you. Benefits are comparable to other companies I have worked for. Several nice perks are team builders and breakfast is provided on Fridays.
