Great work environment, flat hierarchy. Senior management is really supportive. Get to learn about diverse technologies. Good compensation.

Cons

Very niche domain. Exit opportunities are hard to find.

Monotonous job after 1 year of working, Compensation strategy is very conservative and below company standards, employee retention is not up-to-the-mark
