      Great place to learn but more importantly grow.

      Pros

      Great flexibility, diverse opportunities, very employee centric and on a good trajectory. Transport (AC cabs and more importantly CABS), leave transfers/gifting, opportunities to travel for knowledge transfer etc. are good and if you work hard you get rewarded.

      Cons

      It does bear some lineage to IBM Daksh and at times people from that company get the benefit of bias in terms of key positions or even getting hired or growth/salaries. Even some of the R&R (not all just a couple of awards) is a clear indicator of that at times.
