      Development staff very professional and worked hard to deliver a great product to the customers

      Cons

      Management does not seem to be concerned about the product or the staff underneath them.

      Strange way to run a company! Stay away!

      Pros

      You get a paycheck, and it doesn't bounce! I get to work from home a couple of days a week, and can take PTO to interview for other opportunities.

      Cons

      The company culture has changed dramatically. I don't even know what the vision statement is anymore. If I had to guess, it must be 'burn it down!', because that's what's happening. New management came in and walked the most experienced, talented people out the door. Heck, an entire team was pushed out!
