Pros

Great team of advisors who all got along and worked together really well.

Cons

Worked there for over a year fully remote because of Covid and they want us to go to an office 5x a week at the end of July. The commute is too long and I didn't want to spend my life in a car when this job is 100% online. Major lack of transparency at the top and huge staff turnover.

Pros

Wonderful people that are supportive of each other (except at the executive level, who treat us like we’re all completely expendable).

Cons

Terrible PTO after they took 2 weeks away in 2020. Inflexible remote work policy that sounds like it won’t allow staff to work remotely once they force people to return to the office. For a progressive school, their policies are incredibly outdated. Overwork employees without the benefits to compensate.
