As a whole company, it's fine. Just make sure to avoid the security team. Very disorganized, chaotic, aimless, and a guaranteed career deadend. The team's leadership is well meaning but not right for the team. Mid-level management in the team isn't any better. Except for one of the mid-level managers, they all lack any sort of leadership skills, they act like fresh grads and it's frankly embarrassing to watch them pretend to be competent as if their reports don't see behind the facade. It's a shame seeing all these talented folks being lead into disappointing careers.
