      Got to meet wonderful and creative game studios

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Constant reorgs, layoffs. Product constantly in development and never finished.

      Better WLB than other Chinese IT companies, but less benefits than other internaltional companies. Fancy office.

      Cons

      Have no process to help engineering growing. No goal, no feedback, no incentive. Most of the engineer managers are technical focused, but lack of basic management skills.
