Pros
Offer good stock refresher bonus, but it's weirdly applied (either you get 0$, 60k or 120k, nothing in the middle). It can create frustrations in teams. Excellent working condition, forgetting about 2023
Cons
They don't know where they are heading, it's sad to watch. They cleared JR at least, but many rotten apples are still present (Carol, etc.). Rumors go they want to be bought by Meta/Apple etc.
