Pros

Great recruitment process - Lawrence was amazing and really informative. He was also really supported when i'd needed advice on my counter offer! The on boarding is also really good. Culture is really relaxed, they seem to let you get on with what you need to and trust you to do the right thing.

None that i can thing of as of yet.
