Losing a good reputation and morale is dipping caused by poor organisational strategy from higher level management.

Toxic environment. Manager wasn't helpful during onboarding and the months i worked there. Had to basically figure out and learn things on my own. Covering triple job function areas. Manager back bites amongst her cliques in the office. HR not helpful in listening.
