      super supportive leadership these days, they say yes to a lot of stuff. I really love the team at the NewStart clinic that I work at.

      medical system is broken, so there can be a lot of frustrations with working within the medical system.

      Certain managers do not follow the rules. Their HR department is terrible when you have an issue with the manager and they do not support the employee.
