Pay is decent for the role, comparing to similar positions in the Midwest. 401k matching, life insurance, health, dental, vision. Not very physically demanding. Some slow/down time.
Cons
Severe communication issues. Little to no upward growth. No tangible recognition for employee performance. Rules are not enforced for either staff or clientele. High turnover, often get pressured for overtime.
