Pros

Great benefits and pto. Most mechanics never get time off. Also coworkers and direct management are great.

Cons

Horrible pay for the work my department does. We service everything behind the scenes that keep the place running like the electrical systems, plumbing, havc, and mechanical in house. By doing so we save the company tons through not needing contractors ( except for big jobs) and there is no incentive returned. Every industrial mechanic job in town pays $10 to $15 more an hour for equal to less work.
