Pros
Great co-workers. My favorite part of the job was how great my co-workers were. Decent starting pay when I was hired Pretty good PTO benefits Decent opportunities to move around company or get promoted
Cons
Annual raises were insulting. I think my annual raises were about 10 cents. Increasing pressure on collecting payments at time of service in the emergency room. Became more strict on clock in/clock out policies. When I started, the manager trusted us to do our job without micromanaging policies. Over time, rules became more strict, and some of them were kind of rediculous.
