Pros
I really do not have any pros to speak of. This company has really opened my eyes in how corporate companies work. They are afraid to up hold their own policies when it comes to certain situations.
Cons
In my opinion Univar does not stand by there employee handbook in regards to discrimination, code of conduct, equal work for all employees regardless of race.
