      Postponed raises until Summer 2016, supposedly. Do not trust them to institute them. Employees did not receive any stock options as part of going public in 2015 Cancelled 2016 bonuses Unorganized company Few growth prospects

      Pros

      I really liked the work I was doing and I enjoyed my coworkers. The company's departments and processes are very organized. Strong work ethic is enforced. I really don't have anything else good to say about my experience with this company.

      Cons

      Abusive manager was allowed to continue in spite of formal complaints. This person is still there. Overtime was required the entire time I was there. I was given a verbal warning because of one Saturday conflict.

      Pros

      Once was a great organization making money and growing

      Cons

      Private investments companies changed the management, direction, and got rid of people that knew the business. Change may have been needed as with all firms, but the new management used a machete instead of a scapple.
