The company has good comp and benefits. Good people in many areas.

Cons

The company management in EU is not ready up for what a large multinational requires in terms of management, hence it deteriorates the performance, the sense of belonging of employees on the company and their lack of vision does not allow the company to improve and move on from old habits. The company leadership is stuck in the past way of managing a small distributor.
