      Nice office, bad management

      Pros

      Modern office with good facilities. Friendly colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      Travel was not entirely covered. Base salary was ok for a starter but on the lower side. Not a lot of opportunity to grow and career perspectives were not defined for my position. No proper support from management or HR. When I quit, no feedback was requested from HR showing the lack of interest in staff.

In addition, departing employees receive an exit survey from HR.
