      Pros

      Financially stable and has been around for a while.

      Cons

      There is a lot of friction between the company and union employees, and neither trusts the other. The company talks about it's values and has put a lot of thought into them, however there is little enforcement of those values. Job security, better treatment, and competitive compensation seem to apply only to Sales people.
