Great benefits, work life balance

Cons

No management cares about your training or development. You will be expected to learn everything on your own and then if you don’t understand will be asked why you do not understand. The culture is very odd (Chemcare) they say we are family but treat you poorly. The commission structure will not be shared with you. They will just pay you a random number or not at all.
