Pros

Smart, motivational coworkers, adequate resources, good health/dental benefits. You can meet so many considerate, passionate, and intelligent humans that are willing to lift you up as you do the same for them.

Cons

Nepotism and micro-management was incredibly difficult to deal with. I presume that it's still persistent - not across all departments, but it really depends on which team you're on. Salary was lowballed, work-life balance was hard to achieve, and diversity/inclusion wasn't really a strength at this company.

However, we are very proud of how far we have come in just a couple of years we have launched 7 employee resource networks, created entirely new and more equitable policies, made it easier to understand our inclusive benefits, tackled some very difficult topics through open forum webinars around race, gender equity, LGBTQ+ equality, and increased education on mitigating unconscious bias. We will take your feedback to heart as we work to continue an accelerate progress to provide a positive, equitable, and inclusive experience for all employees regardless of level or location.
