Pros

I honestly can't give any pros, other than people, who will all eventually be gone.

Cons

Management, the problems start at the top and the management here is truly sad. Not one person knows anything about leadership or responsibility, but they know plenty about back biting and deflecting responsibility. They use a system that is 30 years old, which makes everything you do exhausting (it takes ten steps to do one thing). The facilities are old, not updated and not well maintained. Health hazards and this place as a whole is a mental health hazard!

No direction. Only short term focus for owner group to launch IPO and cut their investment losses. Horrible communication at "leadership" levels. No training, mentoring or feedback on performance non-existent career opportunities.

This place use to be a good place to work! Not anymore unless you kiss up and fit in with their super cool supervisors and managers lol 🤣 they pass up tenured people and give the newer, more “kiss ass” people the supervisor positions. It has NOTHING to do with talent to move up here! They want the weaker more “reserved” people to be in charge….. so that upper management can manipulate them easier. They have fired numerous good employees and have some very asinine reasons that they let them go. It’s a shame really! Oh well….. Univar will be bought out again and again anyways!
