      Pros

      The training they provide as a new starter and the courses/presentations they run are informative. Opportunities are plentiful as people move on or are moved. Overall package; pay, pension, healthcare.

      Cons

      KPI focused, high call rates, unachievable budgets with little to none support from management. As an account manager you have little freedom to run your territory the way you intend to. Management check activity through car trackers and phone usage, zero trust. There is an "old boy" culture.
