      The people we work with suffer together I guess.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and senior management is absolutely terrible with no to little experience managing people. Favoritism and putting people in positions that they are unqualified for is normal. Layoffs and low morale are really concerning for anyone looking at joining the company. Would stay clear.
