The co workers were great,

red lining is there. But, leadership can sometimes be dismissive or disconnected to what the team needs. HR Ops team was the “dumping grounds” for all work that other teams didn’t want to do which made the job very draining as leadership would regularly placate to them instead of advocating for the team.
