Pros

I joined Univar for the opportunity to be part of a transformation. They became a F300 company in the summer of 2015 and have higher level of business expectations to meet. Univar is hungry to bring in new talent to lead them into this new chapter of Univar's history. Yes, it can be chaotic at times but my experience and knowledge is quickly making an impact in my first 6 months. Pay is competitive.

Cons

The benefits program is average. There are many projects to be done that requires a daily game of prioritizing.

Not one woman above VP Not one minority in Senior management and only a few in office CEO arrogant blowhard Running people ragged and not in a positive way Staff has changed and seem miserable Darkness over office Everyone interviewing
