- From my experience there's a good level of management. - Hybrid working and flexibility - Lots of opportunities to do courses and apprenticeships through the company

Cons

- Project work can be very demanding - Bonus scheme floored. Very sales based and if you do not work within sales it makes it essentially impossible for you to affect it - Not much room for progression
