Pros
Relaxed dress code.....typically friendly people on the ground level. Self management show results quickly as some of the managers are inexperienced and out of their depth
Cons
Inexperienced managers Lack of training and developments ...it's all on line HR constantly looking to reduce benefits and "measure" people with no action taken against the slackers and lazy .....and little development of people...just congratulated with more work to do "as you can manage it"
