      Directors do not understand the business nor does the Vice Presidents or new CEO. No leadership as it is all about politics and covering their backs.

      Unattainable sales goals. Unable to learn much about the industry. Management has no backbone.

      Most people seem to care about doing their job and being part of a team.

      Cons

      Just read the reviews below and see the poor spelling and poor grammar! Univar is loaded with D+ students. Management rules by fear. Company leaders are so out of touch with what happens on the floor with the actual process of receiving, packaging, warehousing and transportation of chemicals it’s a joke. If anything about this review seems over the top or untrue, ask anyone at Univar to explain the operating system the company uses to track inventory and sales. Cave paintings are more informative. New employees beware.
