      Pros

      Univar is a global organisation with a strong reputation which does give a sense of stability & job satisfaction. The people are definitely the company’s best asset & you do feel part of a team.

      Cons

      It does feel that although the business is growing meaning the workload is however the workforce is not. Quite often it feels that you are firefighting as you do not have adequate time to complete the day to day tasks. This seems to be the feeling across many different areas of the business & does have a negative effect on morale. There seems to have been a high turnover of staff over the last few years & experienced people have been lost.

      Pros

      Great potential to development, good environment of work, payment on market average, accepts changes on process. Local CEO is a great person.

      Cons

      Company's values only on paper (it does not achieve all levels). Disconnected plans and lack of communication from high directors. Lack of a consistent evaluation system of employees and a more competitive benefits program.
