Pros

- Coworkers on the team I was at and Manager are very encouraging and have been good to work with - Flexibility in work available if some time off/appointment conflicts - Good opportunities for internal growth and position changes

Cons

- Upper management has recently changed and has not been a smooth transition - Upper management lacks a personal feel when sending emails to employees and is only about money and meeting budget - Flip side of opportunity change internally is everything shifts and people are not in the role long enough that it makes life difficult at times
