      Competitive salary in a laidback workplace

      Laidback workplace in this case can also be described as disfuncional. Coworkers barely spoke to each other, lack of communication and leaders interaction.

      Pros

      There are some great people at Univar Solutions, if you put yourself out there you can gain a vast amount of experience.

      Cons

      Some outdated mindsets, can fail to review processes that have been in place for a number of years creating additional work and inefficiencies.
