      Decent place to work, but little upward mobility

      Pros

      Super steady work environment- no layoffs to speak of. Decent "open door" policy which allows you access to upper management- some of the middle management leaves a lot to be desired so this can be pretty helpful.

      Cons

      Negotiate your salary well when you start because raises are hard to come by. Very hard to move around within the company and limited room for promotions at the lower levels.

      Pros

      Employees know the jobs and want to help the company be great.

      Cons

      Too many 'new' VPs with no idea what they are doing, other than trying to figure out how to get rid of any employee who had been with the company more than 15 years! So many good people leaving because of the strained environment.
