      Pros

      Long time employee, working outside of HQ, local management is fabulous

      Cons

      Many changes within organization, both at HQ and local facilities. Too many changes for employees to focus and be effective

      Pros

      Relaxed dress code.....typically friendly people on the ground level. Self management show results quickly as some of the managers are inexperienced and out of their depth

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers Lack of training and developments ...it's all on line HR constantly looking to reduce benefits and "measure" people with no action taken against the slackers and lazy .....and little development of people...just congratulated with more work to do "as you can manage it"

      Pros

      Steady growth business; loyal customer base. New CEO seems to get it, but the empire is falling- something needs to happen sooner than later.

      Cons

      Weak and toxic leadership over the last five years- Good people are leaving in droves. Voluntary and involuntary. The toxic leadership is driving long term, valued employees away. Our competitors win- we lose. Customers lose as well- they are the core to our business, foundational, back-order rate is out of control and customers are leaving as well.
