Univar gives each employee an opportunity to succeed. However with the recent changes it has been hard to see many people go that have beenaround for a long time.

Cons

-Change constantly -Disconnect between Upper mgmt., middle mgmt., and those that are not in mgmt. - Salaries seem to me below what you would find elsewhere

Univar does good things for its employees and allows you to work with out to much from above.

Cons

Could do a better job of providing incentive for achievements. Bonus structure being based on company does not necessarily push employees to achieve.
