Pros

You won’t be busy because leaders don’t know how to lead and use the resources they have

Cons

Not sure where they keep finding mediocre managers and executives - they’re all here to coast and not actually lead or accomplish anything. Feel bad for the founder who seems like he legitimately wants the business to succeed.

Many great people that haven't left for better pay....yet.

Cons

Has become top-heavy with middle management new hires that don't care about the products or customers, only their own self-interest. Used to be a great place to work. Recent rounds of layoffs have many employees keeping their heads down and not trusting each other

- Lack of integrated diversity, though this is being worked on - Company org has growing pains, but actively works through them
