      Pros

      Your own office, if senior enough. Great employees.

      Cons

      Lots of paperwork (for DO-178 compliance), lack of training (instead learn while doing), stingy on raises, lack of vision (kept changing). Benefits increased over 30% during my few years there (too expensive for what you get).

      Pros

      They only hire people that are easy to get along with. There is never overtime, so there's a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      We used to have private offices, and now we have to share a desk with someone else on alternating days, so if you want your own space you can personalize, forget about it.
