Pros

Nice facility. Nice snacks if you are an executive. These people don't work very hard, but they still pay well, especially if you're an engineer, so nice work life balance. This is a nice place to be if you don't strive for excellence.

Cons

Absence of brain trust. The old man had one good product developed and the company has lived off it ever since without really ever developing anything new that was equally groundbreaking. Engineers hold the place hostage with taking in high salaries but taking 6 to 8 years to develop products that in the end just don't cut it. Work life balance is terrific, as there is a mass exodous from the building at 5pm every day, including executives. There is no striving for excellence here, just average people doing an almost adequate job.

Pros

Great snacks in the Corporate Area, so if you happened to forget lunch or need a quick "pick-me-up" they have it!

Cons

Certain Management was definitely not in tune with their employees work and worse yet, would allow a co-worker to give daily feed back on a employees performance, instead of reviewing it for themselves on an occasional basis. This type of behavior from management affects the integrity of employees and the company. I feel like it should be the decision of a manager to make a final decision, not their best friend!

Pros

Many good financial benefits here.

Cons

Average pay.. Standing ground for doing whats right and needed gets you in trouble. Getting help from engineering is a waste of effort. Getting a product done on time from engineering is a waste of effort. Getting a product that works from engineering probably wont happen within the next 5 years at least. This company is milking old existing product, while failing to deliver quality new product. A few minor successes on the the new product lines is overshadowed by the fact that the products are several years late from the promised delivery date, and often don't work out-of-box.
