Just Plan Awful.

Pros

If I HAD to choose a pro, for me it would be exposure to background processes. Benefits were actually pretty great Hours were great as well

Cons

Where do I begin: Training: Or LACK there of. I wasn't properly trained the whole time I worked here, and was expected to know things that was NEVER taught to me. Bad Morale: This place is terrible. Everyone is stressed! Overworked and Terribly underpaid.

Pros

Fast growing company Knowledgeable trainers Great sales team HR person was a real person who worked in the building and knew their stuff Casual dress I really liked working here and my manger and mentor was great. I'm sure things have changed now since I left

Cons

Upper management seems to be tone deaf to its employees and the work Difficult to grow with the company
