Pros

This is a great company to work for. The company is expanding so the growth potential seems promising. Our CEO and VP are both very personable and very involved with day-to-day operations so that offers a lot of support.

Cons

There aren't too many cons with the job. We are sometimes stretched thin but I think it has a lot to do with the economy and the lack of people applying for jobs. I believe this is temporary and will even itself out.

Pros

Very good company that helped me and my family get back on our feet. I had a good boss and the work environment was healthy for the most part. The coworkers were decent people without a whole lot of backstabbing. Was the best schedule and paying job I’ve ever had for me and my family. Equipment was good and issues that came up were fixed right away for the most part, wether that meant getting you into another truck or getting yours fixed promptly. Another good thing is that you had your own truck, there was no slip seating.

Cons

There’s not a lot to say about cons other than my schedule changed to being out all of the week instead of 1 or 2 nights a week. This ended up being an issue for me and my family. Unfortunately this happened right around the same time that my boss made pay cuts for guys staying out all week. This brought my pay down about 20-30%. So the job that had the best schedule I’ve ever had and best pay I’ve ever had now made it to where I didn’t have time for my family and I couldn’t pay my bills,so I had to leave. I would have left eventually anyway years down the road to tend to aging parents in another state but we just decided to do it now considering the circumstances
