      Exciting field to work in Job security; company is continuously growing Many perks w/ good pay

      Cons

      There isn't a ton of room for advancement b/c we have employees that have been with the company for a very long time but there is always work to do. And, the company is growing and expanding its ventures.

      very limited vertical growth pay is capped almost straight away, with only quarterly bonuses varying slightly

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The company is expanding so the growth potential seems promising. Our CEO and VP are both very personable and very involved with day-to-day operations so that offers a lot of support.

      Cons

      There aren't too many cons with the job. We are sometimes stretched thin but I think it has a lot to do with the economy and the lack of people applying for jobs. I believe this is temporary and will even itself out.
