Pros

This Company has offered me the best health benefits possible. They have also treated me with flexibility when needing time off for health reasons. Universal has also given me the best gift possible which is to grow within the company and expand my knowledge.

Cons

The only con I have perhaps was that they lacked structure but that has also changed, not a con from me.
