Pros

Many Paid Holidays Great Matching 401 K No deductions from your paycheck for Medical & Dental Good place to work unless you are in IT

Cons

This a very toxic environement for Help Desk Professionals. The morale of the dept is verylow due to poor IT Management The dept head puts you down in front of the entire team. The dept head blows up at the smallest things. Expect to work long hours with "Zero" Appreciation from management. You are treated more like a robot than a human. High employee turnover for help desk and system engineers because the manager is very difficult to work with. Expect to be written up.

THe parking situation is absolutely ridiculous .... Yo uhave to park by EXTREME and WAIT for their limo service to pick you up. I over heard the CIO's screaming at employees. The WORST experience ever
